Disposition versions
5. Where the legal aid of a recipient is suspended or withdrawn or where a recipient is no longer eligible for or waives legal aid, the advocate is remunerated for the services rendered until receipt of the notice provided for in section 74 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Act respecting legal aid and the provision of certain other legal services (chapter A-14, r. 4) and for legal services subsequently rendered for the delivery of conservatory measures necessary to safeguard the recipient’s rights or requested by the court.
